Job DescriptionPosition Purpose: Our Courtesy Clerks will be responsible for executing a wide variety of tasks throughout the front end of the store, including bagging groceries, cleaning, collecting carts, and will provide a memorable experience for all our customers.Responsibilities: A Courtesy Clerk is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.A Courtesy Clerk's responsibilities include:Bagging customers' groceries in a neat, orderly fashion.Collect shopping carts from the parking lot, assist customers to their cars with their groceriesAlways maintain a cheerful, helpful attitude toward all customers and other Team MembersMaintain cleanliness and tidiness of store and restroomsAssist with "go backs" and accompany customers to locate items throughout the storeAll other related duties as assignedEmployees may occasionally experience the following physical demands for an extended period:Standing, Sitting, Lifting + Stocking (Up to 50 lbs.), Pushing, Keyboarding, Telephone Use, Walking, BendingPerks & Benefits:Competitive compensation, paid weeklyRetirement BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance for yourself and eligible dependentsTuition Reimbursement for qualified coursesScholarship opportunities for continued educationStore discount programs (10% off household groceries)Fun work environment where you have the opportunity to nourish your community.Applicant Requirements: Must be 18 years of age.
