It is ideal for a senior-level machinist or programmer who has evolved into technical leadership and thrives on continuous improvement, not people management.Responsibilities- Develop and standardize programming and machining processes across the facility- Define tool families, monitor tool life, and set replacement protocols- Collaborate with programmers and setup teams to optimize machine performance- Evaluate and improve machine tolerance and lifecycle management practices- Guide technical decisions balancing efficiency, quality, and consistencyQualifications- 10+ years of CNC machining or programming experience- Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering background preferred- Experience leading technical strategy for machining operations- Strong understanding of tooling systems, workholding, and process development- Comfortable working hands-on with machines and operatorsWork Location: In person
