Oracle Cloud Infrastructure DirectorOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is looking for a visionary Director to lead innovation in AI Datacenter Capacity Management. In this high-impact role, you'll lead a team guiding some of the largest cloud deals in the AI and GPU Infrastructure space. This role entails closely working with executive operational, sales, finance, and AI engineering teams to support multi-billion-dollar deals, including scoping, planning, and execution. Your team will ensure Oracle's biggest, most visible deals are delivered on-time and on-budget. Your work will span hardware, networking, engineering, supply chain, logistics, and datacenter delivery and will directly influence both Oracle's long-term strategy and materially impact its financial results.ResponsibilitiesClose alignment with sales and executive leadership to understand the demand pipeline and turn customer requirements into tangible datacenter and GPU needs.Aligning supply, delivery, and hardware planning to delivery timelines.A deep understanding of the cloud supply chain, including space, power, material, and the unique challenges of liquid cooled infrastructure.Leading and developing a team of technical program managers responsible for delivering capacity for Oracle's customers.Ability to prioritize and navigate uncertain situations requiring tradeoffs rather than perfect outcomes.Establishing priorities, identifying and communicating risks and mitigation plans in collaboration with stakeholders; developing and maintaining program milestones and completion dates.Using operational metrics to drive process improvement and efficiencies with a focus on creating scalable processes.The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in creating and refining operational processes. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays; paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours; paid parental leave; adoption assistance; Employee Stock Purchase Plan; financial planning and group legal; voluntary benefits including auto, homeowner and pet insurance.The role will generally accept applications for at least three calendar days from the posting date or as long as the job remains posted.
