We provide accurate, timely, and actionable intelligence to support our clients’ decision-making processes.
We are seeking a motivated, dedicated, and driven individual to join our team as an Intelligence Analyst. This role offers opportunities for individuals who have an interest and passion for learning how to conduct investigations.
JOB SUMMARY
The Intelligence Analyst will gather, analyze, and interpret data to support investigative efforts. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and exceptional report-writing skills to deliver insights that drive investigation strategies and results. The ideal candidate will work with large datasets, identify patterns, and communicate findings effectively in well-crafted reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including proprietary software, public records, databases, and surveillance footage and videos, for evidence and intelligence; produce comprehensive intelligence reports.
Investigations: Perform background checks, including government records for records such as civil/criminal, liens/judgments, vehicle/properties, business licenses and more. Support surveillance investigations and follow leads from databases and internet research to advance ongoing investigations.
Case Support & Collaboration: Review case reports and collaborate with investigators and case managers to determine critical information. Provide support to field investigators, collaborate on investigative strategies with staff, and foster positive working relationships with stakeholders including clients, government agency representatives, and contractors.
Report Writing: Write detailed, clear, and concise reports that are court-ready and summarize findings within specified timeframes. Ensure reports meet the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and professionalism, and review reports from team members to maintain consistency and quality.
Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, enhance job knowledge through educational opportunities, and monitor developments in investigative tools, social/business media resources, and privacy regulations.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools and investigative databases (e.g., Word, Excel, OSINT tools).
Advanced Computer Skills: High proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
Exceptional Report Writing: Strong ability to write detailed, accurate, and professional reports that effectively communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.
Attention to Detail & Analytical Thinking: Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy and completeness in research and reporting.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients.
Organizational Skills & Adaptability: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
