POSITION SUMMARY
The purpose of this classification is to provide direct care to the agency's DD client population and ensure that contracted services are provided on a continuous basis. This entry level classification does not require prior experience in serving the DD population.

Requirements
KILLS & ABILITIES
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent. No prior experience necessary.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid driver's license; must pass a criminal background check; must pass a pre-employment & random drug testing; must complete 40 hours of in-service training on an annual basis. PHYSICAL DEMANDS

WORK ENVIRONMENT: May be exposed to harsh language and potentially violent clients; may be exposed to unusual notices, odors; may work alone or as part of a team
