Accounts Receivable Clerk

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst Location: Linden, NJ A highly reputable global manufacturing company is looking for a Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to B2B collections, processing payments, aging reports, utilizing NetSuite ERP, Excel, and much more Job Description: Promptly apply cash receipts against customer accounts for real-time account analysis. Monitor domestic and foreign customer orders and assist supervisors with actions for customers with credit issues. Create and manage Aging Reports to monitor balances and arrange collections proactively. Generate monthly Accounts Receivable summary reports and sales reports to assist supervisors with trend insights. Generate credit memos, approve them, and troubleshoot open return authorizations. Update customers' financial profile information and document issues as they occur. Manage the credit application process. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Linden, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
