If you adapt easily to new environments, enjoy teamwork and brainstorming sessions, embrace challenges head-on, and are eager to learn from experiences, we encourage you to apply About the Role As a Business Applications Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our suite of internal business applications. Collaborating closely with the Customer Service and Business Operations teams, you will bring innovation and efficiency to how core applications are utilized. You will join a team that values a hands-on approach, ensuring the smooth operation of Zilch's core applications. Your daily responsibilities will include: Acting as the main contact and expert for business applications used by internal teams, including the core Zilch platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their application needs and support them in selecting and provisioning suitable platforms. Conducting technical investigations and analyses to resolve incidents, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Creating knowledge base articles to promote self-sufficiency among internal teams. Identifying and resolving deeper platform issues to support customer needs. Ensuring secure and effective data storage and processing while operating within an agile environment for critical customer systems. Continuously improving our tools, practices, and knowledge. Providing ad-hoc technology support as needed. What We're Looking For A passionate enthusiast dedicated to helping both internal and external teams maximize their use of applications. A proactive engineer focused on keeping customers satisfied and systems operating smoothly. Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to solve complex problems. Knowledge of business applications and their associated processes. A successful track record in supporting business application usage. Understanding of APIs and system integrations. Experience implementing best practices in application usage. Ability to manage your own work pipeline while being an effective team player. Strong awareness of data security best practices. Experience working with SQL for data fixes and queries. Bonus Skills Familiarity with AWS systems. Experience with Intercom or similar platforms. Experience implementing and supporting business applications such as CRM and ERP systems. Experience supporting REST-integrated systems. Knowledge of SQL and/or Python scripting. Usage of low-code integration platforms. Exposure to caching systems like Redis or Memcached. Experience with workflow management systems. What We Offer Private health insurance.
