Known for our commitment to high-quality care, we help patients achieve lasting results through a combination of chiropractic adjustments, advanced therapies, exercise protocols, and more. Our strong communication and team-oriented approach have fostered an environment of growth and accountability. Duties: Conduct comprehensive exams and x-rays, along with progress evaluations. Develop and present individualized corrective care plans tailored to our patients' needs. Collaborate with our case manager and therapy team to provide integrated care. Perform full-spine and extremity chiropractic adjustments using various techniques such as diversified and instrument-assisted methods. Oversee or assist with patient treatments, including advanced therapies and corrective techniques. Maintain accurate and organized patient records in our electronic health record (EHR) system. Contribute to team meetings and help achieve our quarterly goals. Requirements: Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program. Active chiropractic license in Massachusetts. A strong interest in family care, sports performance, and active rehabilitation is preferred. Schedule: Full time (Monday to Friday) Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 plus bonus compensation. Benefits: Performance-based monthly bonuses. Two weeks of paid vacation plus major holidays. Health insurance options available. 401(k) with matching contributions. Paid malpractice insurance.
