Our client is seeking an Mechatronics Engineer to join their team. You will be part of a growing team focused on supporting clients with the engineering and manufacturing of precision servo actuators, gearheads and gear component sets.


The qualified candidate must have experience with the following.

  • Testing of electro-mechanical systems.
  • Experience with electrical test equipment such as multimeters, power meters, oscilloscopes, etc.
  • Experience with actuators, motors, servo drives.
  • Servo drive commissioning and troubleshooting.
  • Strong electro-mechanical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with brushless DC motors.
  • Experience with various types of automated machinery and robotics is a plus as well as experience with automation, robotics, and PC-based motion control software.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP, etc.).
  • Networking experience including EtherCAT and CANopen a plus.
  • Experience with software tools, Simulink and MATLAB, to model system behavior a plus.
