---Job Summary---

HGPT is offering a 1099 contractor position for a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team, performing home and community based pediatric visits in the Charleston area, including Summerville, Mount Pleasant, North Charleston, Goose Creek, Moncks Corner, West Ashley and nearby communities. Working with HGPT is all about autonomy and work-life balance. You get a foundation to work from, referrals provided, and back-end admin work completed for you, so you can focus on patient care, complete minimal documentation, and have maximal scheduling flexibility. No micro-managing or needless oversight... you set your own schedule and run your workday to allow YOU to help the most kids and families thrive.

---Duties---
* Evaluate and treat children in the pediatric PT population in the home and community setting.
* Maintain proper and HIPAA compliant documentation, including evaluation notes, progress notes, and daily notes, as well as occasional LMN and other equipment and authorization documentation.
* Contact and schedule with, and otherwise coordinate care with patient families.
* Occasionally work with local DME suppliers, Orthotists, Physicians, and Early Interventionists to coordinate patient care.

---Requirements---
* Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in SC
* Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, preferred
* Experience in pediatric settings is preferred
* New Grads encouraged to apply

HGPT is a small mobile PT company based in Summerville, SC, and serving the greater Charleston area, including referral sources in the Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester Counties. Most of our caseload opportunities include children from birth to 3, with further opportunities to treat the 3-18 year old populations. Job opportunities include flexible work location including Charleston, Summerville, and Mt Pleasant, and nearby areas.
