Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Lot Attendant located at 700 Airport Parkway, South Burlington, VT 05403. The schedule for this position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 4:30pm. The Lot Attendant will fill a leadership role in preparing and delivering vehicles and in some instances, customers, employees or vendors safely and timely to the appropriate destination(s) while giving helpful, courteous and professional customer service. The starting pay for this position is $20 per hour. Employees can earn yearly merit increases based on performance. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility together with its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles through a network of more than 9,500 fully-staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations in more than 90 countries and territories.ResponsibilitiesGeneral responsibilitiesCoordinating movement of vehicles as follows: daily rental, remarketing, vehicle acquisition, organizing teams, ensuring all vehicles are accurately tracked and signed for, moving vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management, responsible for vehicle inventory, lot organization, maintaining and organizing key of security measure, may act as the point of contact for the driver team on a daily basis, maintaining a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality, performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned to include shuttling cars and gathering data from internal computer systemPhysical demands and environmental conditions: limited to light physical effort is required including the handling of average-weight objects (up to 10 pounds), generally requires a great deal of standing for long periods of time, walking and bending, requires the ability to work outside in all weather conditionsQualificationsAbility to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position.
