Hardware Project Manager

Summary: The focus of the Project Manager is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all customer and regulatory requirements. The Cirque project management role has been identified as critical to the success of your aggressive growth and a necessary component to working as efficiently as possible. The PM will work directly with customers and engineering teams to ensure successful project completion.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • tasks and priorities to all project contributors, ensuring that new tasks are assigned as others are complete
  • that project contributors have all the resources, tool, etc. necessary for successful project completion
  • project status, including important milestones that are met or missed
  • all project participants are clear on the overall direction and schedule of the project
  • directly with customers to update project requirements and provide updates
  • and implement PM processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency
  • with leadership to ensure necessary resources are available for project completion
  • to eliminate potential obstacles and prevent delays that may affect the project timeline, reporting to upper management as needed
  • solutions, procure resources to get late projects back on schedule
  • and maintain PM process documentation


Requirements:

  • 2 years PM experience in a technical environment - physical products
  • development experience highly preferred
  • written and verbal communication skills
  • interpersonal/relationship building skills
  • with ASANA preferred
  • Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred


Hybrid policy: minimum of three (3) days onsite.
