You likely have experience in an enterprise environment, working across the stack with a focus on backend and cloud technologies. This experience will help you thrive in this environment. You'll be given plenty of autonomy and responsibility to solve problems in your own way.


You have likely worked as a backend developer (with some exposure to the frontend), using tools such as Python, Java, and JavaScript in cloud environments (ideally AWS). Experience mentoring junior engineers and exposure to infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines would also be an added bonus.


This firm is a leader in its field, deploying over $150 billion to a variety of asset classes, both public and private. Technology and people are at the forefront of their approach and are vital in delivering impact to a diverse group of investors.


Starting salary up to $165,000 + bonus + annual profit share.


Office in Downtown Boston Area (hybrid): 3 days onsite.
