Position:Radiologic Tech
Location: Burnsville, MI
Hours Per Week: 40 hr
Hours Per Day: 8 hr
Duration: 3 months
Duties:
- Perform approved radiologic procedures at a required technical level, ensuring good quality and producing excellent diagnostic images for accurate diagnoses by Radiologists.
- Exhibit excellent patient care skills, adapting to the needs of each patient.
- Demonstrate core competencies, including:Demonstrating Fairview Values.
- Providing excellent quality patient care at all times.
- Performing diagnostic radiologic procedures with technical accuracy and timeliness.
- Positioning patients as required to achieve quality diagnostic images.
- Participating in the departmental Quality Assurance Plan.
- Exhibiting excellent customer relations with patients/clients, visitors, physicians, co-workers, and community/referral sources.
- Demonstrating knowledge of safety-related work behaviors to ensure a safe work environment.
- Perform various general support functions as needed.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide care or service adjusting approaches to reflect the developmental level and cultural differences of the population served.

- Preferred Experience: Experience with CR, DR, all GI fluoroscopy exams, C-Arm, and surgery exams.
Education:
- Required:BLS (Basic Life Support).
- AART (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) registration.
Languages:
- English: Read, Write, Speak.
Certifications & Licenses:
- BLS (Basic Life Support).
- Radiologic Tech.
