The Social Worker/Counselor will assist parents and students at the International Leadership Charter Middle School to achieve social and academic goals.Key Duties:• Interview and counsel at risk youths, develop and maintain service plans; including long-term and short-term goals.• Schedule and facilitate individual and group sessions. Facilitate weekly leadership/conflict resolution workshops with participants. Incorporate leadership and conflict resolution curricula into individual and group sessions.• Maintain records and prepare reports. We are seeking an individual of outstanding quality with a track record of positive outcomes.
