This role is primarily a remote position, but some office time may be requested depending on location.Ramboll is seeking motivated and inquisitive candidates to join the Americas Business Finance Team.Your new roleAs our new Project Controller, you will be part of our collaborative and productive finance team. We are seeking detail-oriented, dependable, proactive, and qualified candidates for this position.Your key responsibilities will include:Oversee the project-level financial processes for a portfolio of projects including: Revenue Recognition, Risk Monitoring, Monthly Invoicing, Working Capital Management, Project Monitoring & Maintenance, Project Creation & CloseoutProvide input into the enhancement of Ramboll controlling processesExecute with an innovative mindset by applying new ideas to optimize financial processesEmbrace change with agility and adaptability while supporting team members through changes in strategic direction as set by senior managementExecute contract financial processes with emphasis on quality and compliance (global and local statutory, tax, Internal Controls, and US GAAP & IFRS requirements)Develop a strong working relationship with Business Controllers, PMs, and Senior Business LeadershipWork closely with India-based business support team to complete project maintenance and billing activitiesNote: Financial Statement completion, general ledger entries responsibilities not inherent in this positionAbout youFrom the moment you start at Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you can continue to grow with the company. The U.S. pay range for this position is $81,000 - $100,000 annually and does not include bonuses, overtime or other forms of compensation or benefits. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
