We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet high standards of quality, including reliability, usability, and performance. This role includes conducting tests, analyzing measurements, and monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
Location: Londonderry, NH
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday: Flexible start between 6:30 AM and 9:00 AM, with a nine-hour workday
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Responsibilities:
- Inspect RF Microwave components, including die, wire bonds, and hybrid assemblies, to ensure compliance with quality standards (IAW MIL STD-883)
- Conduct in-depth inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products
- Utilize precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to perform tests and record results
- Compare product measurements against specifications, documenting, and reporting deviations
- Work with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and audit production processes to maintain adherence to quality control procedures
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to address non-conformances
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in RF Microwave quality control (required)
- Experience inspecting die, wire bonds, and hybrid assemblies in accordance with MIL-STD-883 (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards, testing methodologies, and inspection techniques
- Proficient in the use of measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments
Working Conditions:
- The role may involve standing or sitting for extended periods, and working in a cleanroom or controlled environment as required.
