Rehabilitation Specialists support individuals recovering from mental health issues substance abuse or trauma. They help clients develop coping strategies and improve their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to determine clients rehabilitation needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
  • Facilitate therapeutic and support groups.
  • Provide education on coping strategies and life skills.
  • Monitor clients progress and adjust plans as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Psychology Social Work or a related field; relevant certifications preferred.
  • Experience in rehabilitation or mental health settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
