EverMind is looking for a case manager/CBRS worker to add to our team We partner with residential and long term care facilities to provide wrap around mental health services. We offer competitive pay and zero noshows due to the population we serve. This will allow you to help those who need it most and maximize your income by increasing your billable hours.
*Location: Boise ID
*Schedule: Flexible (parttime or fulltime; choose your own schedule)
*Pay: $2530/hr breakdown as follows:
$2226/billable hour
$12.50/nonbillable hour
Weekly Gas Stipend
Weekly activities Stipend
About Us: EverMind is a mental health agency that specializes in long term and residential care. This includes independent living assisted living skilled nursing memory care group homes HART homes and other residential care settings. By partnering with these facilities we improve collaboration within the care team provide more accurate diagnosis and provide the most evidence based mental health treatments. Through our relationship with each facility we hope to prolong independence improve quality of life and reduce caregiver fatigue in both nursing staff and family members.

Perks:
Your caseload is located in assisted living homes. All of your clients are in one place zero noshows and no having to drive from one house to the next.
Our case managers normally get 35 billable hours weekly very little nonbillable time or loss of billable hours due to clients not being available
Stipend for nonbillable hours gas and activities with clients. Uncommon to have those covered more money in your pocket
Ability to work independently but with the support of a team and strong supervision.
Opportunity for growth Many of our case managers have plans to become a counselor we want to keep you and see you advance with EverMind
Responsibilities:
Complete assessments treatment plan reviews and progress notes
Organized and ensures all documentation is completed within a timely manner
Able to adhere to payor and company standards
Attends regularly scheduled supervisions/staff meetings
Collaborates care with other treatment providers
Complies with HIPAA privacy & practices
Performs other duties assigned or necessary to support the program and/or company
Assess emergency situations notify supervisor and/or appropriate personnel of actual and potential issues
Maintain a nonjudgmental approach effective listening eye contact professionalism and positive interactions
Provide consistency and support to promote personal progress and accountability
Qualifications
Bachelors degree required (Social Work preferred)
CPR Certification (preferred)
Ability to pass enhanced IDHW background check
Valid drivers license with reliable transportation and proof of car insurance
Ability to work in a communitybased setting
Experience utilizing electronic health records (preferred)
