NKHS is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outpatient Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills in both mental health and addictions, with a focus on working with adults with co-occurring conditions. The Outpatient Therapist will be responsible for conducting screenings, assessments, and evaluations, as well as providing individual and group therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct screenings and complete biopsychosocial evaluations and diagnoses. Provide individual, couple, group, and family psychotherapy sessions. Participate in ongoing training to enhance job skills and stay abreast of best practices. Perform professional mental health assessments and develop effective treatment plans in collaboration with individuals and their families.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field. Dual licensure as an LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) and LCMHC (Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor), or actively working towards dual licensure. Experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders preferred.

SALARY & BENEFITS

Competitive Salary $52,603.20 plus, depending upon education, experience Tuition & continuing education reimbursements and loan repayment program. Monday – Friday work week. Health and dental insurance. 403b retirement plan with Agency contribution and match. Generous paid time off, 12 sick days and 12 paid holidays.
