Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.


Experience:

  • 1+ years of litigation experience in personal injury law preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage litigation cases from initial investigation through trial and appeal.
  • Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and pre-trial conferences.
  • Attend court hearings and represent clients at trial.
  • Collaborate with senior attorney to develop case strategies and trial preparation.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and effectively manage a litigation caseload.


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active member of the Alabama State Bar, in good standing.
  • Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple litigation cases in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
