As an IT Specialist (CUSPT), you will:

This position may require you to provide support after-hours. Serve as a point of contact for senior agency users of NCUA's systems and processes, the incumbent must sift through an enormous amount of conflicting, erroneous, irrelevant, and emotional feedback, merge this information with accurate information and the incumbent's perceptions and analyses, to identify systemic problems that require resolution. Diagnose and resolve the most complex problems in response to customer-reported incidents. Keep abreast of changes in customer mission requirements through interaction with management. Train and brief developers, network administrators, colleagues, and management on support activities. Provide support training tailored to the individual needs of senior agency officials.
