RD Nutrition Consultants provides our consultants with competitive wages and flexible work schedules
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans that consider participants medical conditions cultural preferences and dietary needs.
- Provide education and counseling on nutrition healthy eating habits and managing chronic diseases through diet.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on the interdisciplinary team to ensure participants receive coordinated care.
- Monitor participants nutritional status and make adjustments to their plans as needed.
- Document all care provided.
- Adheres to all facility policy and procedure.
- Performs necessary organizational and administrative duties
Requirements:
- Candidates must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Experience within the elderly population.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with electronic documentation and menu systems
- Able To Keep Confidential Information Regarding Clients as needed.
