  • Working from an owner's perspective - administration of contracts for assigned NOLA projects from conception through execution and completion.\r
  • Responsible for assisting with post contract administration of contract matters as assigned.\r
  • Receives and reviews a wide variety of contract requests, may support one or more specialized areas requiring an increased depth of knowledge.\r
  • Responsible for the timeous and accurate issuing of Service Orders against appropriate project cost codes\r
  • Identifies process and /or supplier performance issues and works with multiple parties to resolve issues.\r
  • Reports operationally to the Manager Staffing Contracts and the Director Project Support Services.\r

  • Nature of Work - Works on administrative/procedural issues and implements solutions mostly through the determination of strategy and communication with involved parties in a group or functional area.\r

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED and five (5) years' experience in Supply Chain or the related fields of Business, Accounting, or Engineering, OR\r
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or the related fields of Business, Accounting, or Engineering and three (3) years' experience in Supply Chain or the related fields of Business, Accounting, or Engineering\r
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of commercial contracts management\r
  • Proficient in the use of personal computers in a business environment: MS Word, Excel, Outlook is essential\r

Preferred Qualifications:

  • \r
  • Experience with contract administration of multiple projects simultaneously\r
  • Prior Owners' team experience preferred\r
  • Working as a team member (Client, EPCM & Contractors)\r
