Job Description

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  
• Sort organize and store products in designated areas.
  
• Pick and pack orders according to packing lists and shipping instructions.
  
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively.
  
• Prepare and label shipments for delivery.
  
• Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies.
  
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
  
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  
• Assist with loading and unloading of delivery trucks as needed.
  
• Understand shipping costs and eliminate unnecessary expenses related to errors and inefficiencies in the shipping process.
  
• Prepare shipping quotes as needed based on specific client need.
  
• Work with Operations team on any RMA related issues.
  
• Assist Technical Service with any light servicing and preparation of printer either inbound or outbound.
  
• Establish and maintains close working relationship with all departments internal or external.
  
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
