Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for a pelvic health and orthopedic patient base.

Implement treatment plans consistently and adjust based on patient progress.

Document patient progress comprehensively and engage in case management.

Contribute to team training and professional development initiatives.

Requirements:

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Current PT licensure in Georgia or eligibility.

Experience in pelvic health and orthopedics is preferred.
