100% EMPLOYEE OWNED Company with over 75 years of experience, Terrazzo & Marble Supply (T&M) is one of the largest distributors of natural stone slab and tile, poured-in-place terrazzo and quartz surfacing. We are looking for an additional future employee owner to join our accounting team.

LOCATION: Wheeling, IL- Corporate Office

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review and analyze inventory and margin reports, conduct research and perform analytical studies in regards to cost analyses and profitabilityVerifying accurate moving-average costsPrepare analyses of various account balances and assists in month close processProcess specific inventory related invoices and submit for paymentsCoordinate cycle counts and physical inventoriesProvide summary reports to management related to inventory value/quantity changeSpecial projects as requiredQUALIFICATIONS:

ADVANCED MS Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables and macros)Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferredMinimum of 3 years of work experience in Manufacturing/Distributing environmentExcellent analytical skills with strong focus on accuracy and attention to detailsAbility to collaborate with all levels of staffAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.BENEFITS:
