In this pivotal role youll steer our operations to new heights by:
- Taking Command: Managing the daily accountability of our logistics workforce including drivers clerks specialists and support staff.
- Fostering Compliance: Enforcing DOT regulations OSHA CTPAT company policies and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Developing Talent: Ensuring the proper training and development of team members maintaining operational proficiency.
- Monitoring Performance: Holding the team accountable for operational requirements equipment usage uniform compliance and productivity targets.
- Optimizing Technology: Driving efficient technology utilization across logistics software reporting tools and equipment operation.
- Championing Safety: Overseeing compliance with DOT Hours of Service Pre/PostTrip protocols and coordinating with the Safety department.
- Leading by Example: Embodying our core values of professionalism quality customer satisfaction and ethical conduct.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in management transportation or a related field (or Associates degree with 4 years experience in logistics/operations)
- Demonstrated leadership experience in operations logistics or terminal management roles
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 transportation software (TMW Peoplenet etc.) and reporting tools
- Knowledge of transportation fleet modeling DOT regulations and CTPAT
- Strong multitasking abilities thriving in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Possession of a valid drivers license and eligibility for company vehicle insurance
- Associates or Bachelor s degree in business logistics or a related field or a minimum of ten years in a dispatch or load planning position with a supervisory experiences in a fleet size/or driver size of 50 or more utilizing a specialized transportation software.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in management, transportation, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of pertinent logistics/transportation experience. Demonstrated supervisory experience of at least 2 years. Proficiency in MS Office, logistics software, and reporting tools. Knowledge of DOT regulations, C-TPAT, and transportation operations. Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
