This unpaid internship will run for 1-2 months with a potential to be hired full time after the internship period.

Job Overview

We are looking for highly motivated, out-of-the-box thinkers to join our tax compliance and consulting team.

internship program. During the internship, you will gain first-hand knowledge of the day-to-day

responsibilities that come with this exciting and rewarding career. You will receive mentorship and guidance

from our tax professionals and can help develop solutions to complex tax issues through research, the use of

innovative technology, and consultation with other team members.

Responsibilities
•The Tax Intern will be trained to prepare federal and state tax returns .
•Perform tax research and technical analysis
•Gather data as needed to respond to notices and audits
•Assist with research and preparation of state tax apportionment calculations for both US corporate

and partnership entities
•Assist in the preparation and filing of returns for Personal Property, Sales & Use, VAT, Unclaimed
