What Will You Do
As part of our Sales team you will be responsible for:
Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities in the designated market.
Covering the market by reaching out to clients and associates across the given territories.
Understanding customers' financial and business needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Liaising with intermediaries to generate a steady flow of leads.
Sourcing and closing deals.
Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders including Clevel executives.
Collaborating with internal teams for approval and disbursal processes.
Monitoring borrower companies postdisbursal.
Taking overall responsibility for achieving disbursal targets and driving revenue profitability and growth.
Working as an individual contributor.
Reporting Structure:
You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Lending focusing on driving sales and growth for the platform and lending business.

Educational Qualifications:
An MBA from a Tier 1 college and a background in Sales or Marketing is preferred.
