PHP Developer

Bioserenity is creating a brand-new team, based in Greece, to support the R&D developments of its medical software platforms: connected diagnostic solution, medical records, tele-expertise.

The team will be composed of 5 people working together as a Fullstack team and also in day-to-day collaboration with the French team.

We are looking for experienced Senior Fullstack PHP developers to join our team.

Created in 2014, Bioserenity is a French Deep Tech in e-Health aiming at improving patient diagnosis and care anywhere anytime thanks to innovative connected solutions. The company has two main activities: medical devices and software manufacturers (100+ employees), and medical services (150+ employees).
We cover 3 main therapeutical areas: neurology, cardiology and sleep disorders.
Bioserenity operates in France, USA, China and are currently expanding in Europe.

Within R&D department, the software development teams are working on several products for medical diagnosis and patient care:

• Innovative connected solution for electroencephalogram, involving Hardware/Firmware/IOT/Cloud/mobile app/WebApp/Datascience

• Care Coordination Platform for medical practices and tele-expertise activities, with the integration of IA algorithms and connected medical devices.

We are creating a subsidiary in Greece to support our R&D development activities. The new team in Greece will work in direct collaboration with the other software development teams located in France.

In this context we are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack PHP Developer to join our new team and work on our new Care Coordination Platform.
The candidate should have a strong background in Web development with expertise in PHP 8.x, Symfony (version 5+), and ReactJS. He/she should also have a good understanding and a good knowledge of Docker environment, proficiency in implementing code tests with PHPUnit and Behat and knowledge in Domain Driven Design architecture.

Missions

• Collaborate with the French development team (~10 people) to develop our new Care Coordination Platform

• Design and develop scalable Web applications using PHP 8 for Symfony and ReactJS.

• Implement and maintain automated tests (PHPUnit and Behat) to ensure code quality.

• Work with Domain Driven Design (DDD) architecture.

• Participate to the agile scrum rituals as an integrated team: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retro, demos, …

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience as a Fullstack developer, with advanced expertise in PHP 8.2, Symfony (v6), and ReactJS. Minimum 3-5 years of experience.

• Ability to perform code testing (with PHPUnit and Behat).

• Good understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD) architecture.

• Good level of English (French would be a nice to have).

• Autonomy, as expected for a senior dev role. Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
