Adelphi is seeking a physician to provide care to patients at a longterm care facility in Harrison County Mississippi (MS). The physician will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to residents admitted to the nursing home. The ideal candidate will have a valid unrestricted Mississippi medical license.

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive medical care to residents admitted to the facility ensuring high standards of patient care and wellbeing.
Conduct scheduled visits to assess residents health status and develop appropriate care plans.
Perform medical evaluations and treatment for new admissions ensuring timely documentation and charting of medical records.
Collaborate with and supervise assigned Advance Practice Provider(s) in providing patient care during onsite visits and oncall hours.
Address residents health concerns promptly responding to changes in their condition and collaborating with facility staff to adjust care plans as needed.
Review and provide recommendations for medication management collaborating with the pharmacy to ensure safe and effective pharmaceutical care for residents.
Other duties as assigned by the facilitys administration.
