Our client is seeking a Contract TA Coordinator for an onsite position in Racine, WI. This is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the HR field, serving as the primary contact for employee inquiries and providing essential support.

TA Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and send confirmations and reminders
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, and conduct initial phone screenings
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering inquiries
  • Handle administrative responsibilities, such as maintaining candidate databases and organizing recruitment files


TA Coordinator Requirements:

  • 1+ years of relevant HR experience or HR internship experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable handling paperwork
