Salary: £25,119 to £26,421 per annum
Contract Type: Fixed term until July 2025
Working Pattern: Full time – 37 hours per week Monday to Friday (Some flexibility in pattern and could be occasional out of office times).
Location: Based at County Hall North, Horsham for at least 1 day a week alongside hybrid working.

The Post-16 team are looking for a Post-16 tracking coordinator to join the Post 16 team. The team is part of the Children, Young People and learning directorate and is within the Education and Skills’ standards and effectiveness service. In this role you will be an integral part of the team who provide careers information, advice, guidance, and support for young people and those vulnerable and/or not in education, employment, or training (NEET).
