We're seeking a Paralegal III to work with a major Oil and Gas company located Spring, TX on a 5-month contract position.

  • Provides legal support to assigned attorneys or projects by conducting research, organizing files, scheduling depositions and maintaining records.\r
  • Researches various states requirements for licensing and certification requirements and prepares documents as needed.\r
  • Coordinates and gathers input across multiple corporate disciplines including: Accounting, HR, Risk Management and Procurement.\r
  • Maintains files/database to ensure no lapses in certifications.\r
  • Supports on-going projects and monitor compliance with contract requirements/certifications.\r

  • Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.\r
  • Able to supervise other junior paralegals if needed.\r
  • This position might be described as an expert Paralegal or Law Clerk with some law training but not an attorney.\r
  • Research skills, legal administration skills, organization, planning, and attention to detail.\r
