The Maintenance Planner will oversee compliance with maintenance regulations and will direct maintenance work ensuring that all preventative maintenance tasks meet established safety protocols. This position is available for both a 2nd Shift (Monday to Friday 2 PM to 10 PM) and a Weekend Shift (Friday to Monday 10 PM to 7 AM).

Responsibilities

  • Lead plant safety processes and ensure efficient resource utilization
  • Monitor team compliance with regulations and direct maintenance work
  • Assign and inspect preventative maintenance tasks ensuring safety protocols
  • Provide troubleshooting support and report work through CMMS
  • Review KPIs resolve shift problems and inspect operations for quality
  • Offer feedback on performance and support SQF systems maintenance
  • Maintain clean safe work areas and conduct safety observations

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • Previous experience in a maintenance lead role
  • Previous experience with Controls & PLCs
  • Experience in the food manufacturing industry is required
  • Proven background in preventative and predictive maintenance
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and CMMS systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
