RSCS a FullService Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Construction and Service company operating in 10 states and in business for over 25 years is now hiring LowTemp Refrigeration Service Technicians. RSCS actively promotes a solid team environment and is seeking technicians who are team players and enjoy working on a variety of lowtemp refrigeration and HVACR systems AND who like to work within an actively supportive team ecosystem.



Requirements

Field service of an established customer base with some travel to surrounding areas. This IS NOT an entry level position and requires 35 years of experience with Commercial Freon Refrigeration Service. Grocery Store / Rack Refrigeration and Commercial HVAC a plus


Qualifications and Skills

Our ideal candidate will be able to think quickly on their feet and be able to problem solve effectively. Our ideal candidate must also have a keen knowledge of the refrigeration cycle as well as electricity and controls and should enjoy servicing a variety of equipment across multiple facilities.

This position requires someone who has the knowledge skillset and tools to walk into any clients facility and has the confidence to troubleshoot and repair equipment when the facility operators cannot and are skilled in startup of refrigeration systems. Our ideal candidate MUST be skilled in LOW TEMP (Ammonia Rack Refrigeration Freon Refrigeration) and cannot be limited to HVAC experience.

Also must be dependable handson selfmotivated a selfstarter well organized and detail oriented willing to travel and be on call in a rotation. Clean driving record required. DUI need not apply.

Our ideal candidate has experience with low temp ammonia industrial refrigeration and the knowledge, skillset, and tools to walk into any client\'s facility and have the confidence to troubleshoot and repair equipment when the facility operators cannot.
