  • Liaise with clients via phone email or online chat to understand their travel preferences budget constraints and special requirements.
  • Research and recommend destinations accommodation activities and transportation options tailored to each of your clients needs and desires.
  • Coordinate bookings reservations and logistics with travel suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.
  • Stay informed about travel trends promotions and industry news to provide clients with the best possible options and maximize commission earnings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the booking process addressing any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for travel and a deep knowledge of popular destinations cultures and attractions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Previous experience in travel coordination customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup with laptop or computer conducive to remote work.
  • Must be 18 Years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
