• Obtain a State Real Estate Residential License within 30 days
• Complete DISC assessment

Compensation:

• Fully commissioned role with anticipated earnings of $129,500

Responsibilities

•Interact with leads effectively to nurture and convert them into clients successfully.

•Secure listing agreements and skillfully sell properties to achieve sales targets.
•Pre-screen potential buyers to streamline and expedite the sales process.
•Guide buyers through the purchasing journey and assist them in getting under contract.
•Conduct open houses regularly on behalf of the team leader to showcase properties effectively.
