LPN Outpatient

Sonder Behavioral Health and Wellness is currently looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing Psychiatric team. This position plays a vital role in supporting our Psychiatric providers and patients and is a key component of the exceptional patient care that Sonder provides.

Responsibilities:

 Answer and triage patient phone calls

 Prepare and submit prior authorizations for medications

 Document all patient interactions and/or actions taken regarding patient care

 Review and process all prescription refill requests following provider’s orders

 Communicate messages from providers to patients

Requirements:

 LPN

 Knowledge of mental health and psychiatric services (preferred but not required)

 Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

 Previous computer experience with the ability to learn new applications and work processes

 Good prioritization skills, data entry skills, dependable and team player

 Good multi-tasking and critical thinking skills

 Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and commitment to quality

 High level of professionalism and demonstrated comfort level in speaking directly to external and internal providers/patients

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours/week)
