Job Description Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk and penetration assessments, identifying potential security vulnerabilities and recommending risk mitigation strategies.
  • Implement risk management frameworks in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Guide stakeholders in understanding and addressing security-related risks.
  • Monitor and report on risk mitigation strategy effectiveness.
  • Support the security compliance program, managing internal and external compliance requirements.
  • Develop and manage the risk management environment, including assessments, risk inventory, mitigation evaluation, and reporting.
  • Develop metrics to track risk mitigation progress and report on physical security risk posture.
  • Assist in building solutions for breach identification, containment, and eradication, streamlining security incident response processes.
  • Drive significant security improvements, establishing metrics for continuous team improvement.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years specific experience)
  • Formal project management certification (PMP, Six Sigma, or LEAN Certification) is required.
