Job Scope:

Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company. Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices. Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products. Work with the product developer to prioritise the product backlog.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospection. Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the teams progress. Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Track KPIs (key performance indicator) and help teams to deliver high-quality products/solutions on time. Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.

Job Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in top consulting firms. Proficient knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies. Worked with big financial services industry clients is highly advantageous. General conceptual understanding of programming and database querying is good to have. Certification in Agile methodologies is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
