Applicants will preferably perform the role in Canberra or Brisbane. Hybrid working arrangements (i.e. a combination of onsite attendance at an AEC office and remote working) will be accepted.
Applicants in other locations will be considered at the discretion of the Hiring Manager. About the Role:
SoftLabs is seeking ICT Coordinator for ICT Labour hire at their technology consulting based in Canberra /Brisbane.
Responsibilities:
The ICT Coordinator supports the Infrastructure Section team in the coordination scheduling and delivery of Office Relocation Projects for the Chief Technology Officer Branch. The role will focus on the support and delivery of AEC election or referendum events. The role is responsible for undertaking work that is moderately complex in nature under limited direction utilizing expertise within the area of program administration.
- Support the team through coordination scheduling and assisting with the delivery of ICT relocation activities.
- Engagement with the Vendor Management Office to provide assistance with contract and procurement management activities.
- Communicate with vendors and stakeholders both internal and external.
- Experience in analysing data and other quantitative and qualitative information.
- A demonstrated ability to work autonomously and a strong commitment to working harmoniously within a team to achieve positive results and support the AEC s strategic direction.
