Job SummaryDescription

As a Contingent Workforce Program Advisor within our Talent Attraction organization, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the Contingent Workforce Program (CWP), working for a globally recognized company that values innovation, collaboration, and success. In this fast-paced position, you will manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, collaborating with Suppliers and Assignment Managers to identify and recruit North American top talent. You will act as a CWP subject matter expert and strategic partner, ensuring compliance with the CWP Service Level Agreement, and providing a high-touch, customer-focused hiring process. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of discipline, ability to apply knowledge and experience to complex problems, and excellent communication and partnership abilities. CWP Advisor may also be responsible for taking on special projects as assigned. These projects may vary in scope and duration and may require the Advisor to utilize their skills and expertise to give to the success of the project.

Job Description
Your responsibilities may include:
  • Overseeing multiple contingent jobs and projects simultaneously
  • Working closely with North American Suppliers and Assignment Managers to identify and recruit top contingent worker talent
  • Serving as a subject matter expert and strategic partner for the CWP
  • Uses data and tools to highlight issues and recommend solutions
  • Ensuring effective communication with internal clients and suppliers
  • Maintaining compliance with the CWP Service Level Agreement
  • Managing the end-to-end contingent recruiting process using the VMS
  • Monitoring supplier rate strategy to ensure fair market value
  • Providing support through training and guidance to key stakeholders

Basic/Required:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Admin/Mgmt., Communications, Human Resources, Management, other related business field, or foreign equivalent
  • 5 or more years of experience preferably in Recruiting/Staffing, Human Resources, or CWPs (supplier or buyer)
  • 1 or more year of experience working with Vendor Management Software or Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word

Preferred:
  • Strong understanding of CWPs, specifically risk, compliance, and leading industry best practices
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to apply knowledge and experience to complex problems, specifically drive talent decisions based on data
  • Strong partnership building and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Solution-driven with strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to act as a resource for others with less experience
  • Sets and achieves high-reaching targets, balancing business, and customer needs
