This role will sit within M&R Marketing Operations and will focus on Project Management needs related to the build and deployment of new Marketing Journeys inclusive of Marketing content and execution deliverables across the MA/DSNP Marketing Portfolio. Drives stakeholder engagement across M&R Marketing inclusive of Marketing strategy, Creative, Media, Operations, Analytics and MarTech Product to ensure project planning alignment and smooth end to end execution for all Marketing journey components executing via Adobe Experience platform.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead or contribute to the development of program or project scope statements, in consultation with applicable stakeholders (e.g. program/project charter, Statement of Work, Business Vision Document)
  • Identify project duration, effort, sequence and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectives
  • Drive/participate in the capital request process, as appropriate (e.g. presentations, cost-benefit analysis, business case)
  • Monitor and document project milestones and outcomes throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to established quality standards
  • Develop, communicate and implement program and project risk, issue management plans and strategies
  • Leads functional or segment teams or projects and serve as a leader/ mentor by reviewing work performed by others and provide recommendation for improvement.
  • Develop, communicate and implement program/project risk/issue management plans and strategies (e.g. mitigation, avoidance, transfer, acceptance Manages the flow of work through the cross functional team using Workfront.
  • Ensures projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards for Journey execution and delivery to consumers
  • Creates and manages end to end project execution plans in Workfront inclusive of journey scope development, content creation, development/build activities, journey deployment and reporting
  • Supports approximately 300+ journey deployments for M&R (MA/DSNP) Acquisition, Member and Group Retiree

This is a challenging role that relies on your ability to effectively lead project teams and build relationships with stakeholders. Your ability to use various methodologies and tools to collaborate in a cross-matrix environment will drive long term success keeping the team on track within the project scope and timeline.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of project management experience using data and information to make business decisions using standard Project Management artifacts (Project Plans, IRAAD, etc.)

Previous experience leading and/or coaching a team

Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint

Intermediate to Advance Experience using Workfront

Familiarity and experience working with Adobe Experience Platform tools (Adobe Campaign, Journey Optimizer and/or Consumer Journey Analytics)

Ability to drive cross functional team deliverables in accordance with overall Journey requirements and In-Market dates

Experience working in Agile methodology and practices

Experience working in Direct and Digital Marketing environments

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP Certification

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with al minimum wage laws as applicable.
