F2S (Forecast-to-Stock) Consultant

Rizing, Consumer Industries is actively seeking a F2S (Forecast-to-Stock) Consultant. We will consider C2C and FTE for this opportunity.

Project Start Date: August 2024

Travel: Travel required to Clark, New Jersey three days a week *** Must be located on the East Coast with the ability to meet the travel requirement for this position. ***

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain and Inventory Management, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field

• 7+ years of functional experience in SAP S4/HANA as Lead with Forecast to Stock and Inventory Management experience. And with strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent experience in SAP S/4 HANA MM (Materials Management)

• Excellent experience of Forecast to Stock (F2S) having the main objective of balancing the company's cash flow (inventory management) with the availability of products (service level). Among the main benefits of a balanced F2S: increase in total shipped boxes / requested boxes (case fill rate), minimization of out-of-stock items (product breakage), balance in inventory coverage, balance in cash flow, greater efficiency of the production chain.

• Multiple Full Systems Life Cycle solution deployment in vital positions for the domain, retail, fashion, CPG or beauty

• Strong process knowledge of Supply Chain including the stock transport orders, Intercompany purchasing, sub-contracting, third party orders, buy-sell using PO/SO and return processing,

• Strong understanding of SAP integration points with other modules and overall End-to-end business processes.

• Strong understanding of SAP configurations, functional knowledge of BADis, BAPIs in the F2S area.

• Strong understanding of SAP master data - material master, vendors, prices etc.,

• Sound understanding of SAP best practices.

• Supply Chain Management Knowledge: Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, procurement, and logistics, including 3PL and returns logistics. Good in Business Process (ability to speak about standard Business processes as well the business process used in their past projects) with the ability to be highly engaged with the business teams to ask questions to understand processes and patience to help coach on new processes.

• Experience of working on interfaces to third party systems, including knowledge of mapping and the use of APIs

• Strong knowledge of supporting systems such as Manhattan Warehouse System and other 3PL applications

• Global Project Experience: Experience working on global projects involving multiple location, languages, and cultures. Ability to work with cross functional, cross cultural and cross consulting groups.

• Business Process Analysis: Ability to analyze business processes, identify requirements, and propose solutions that leverage SAP S/4HANA capabilities effectively; using experience(s) or drawing relation to the business process at client

• Should have experience working on projects with global stakeholders and multi region landscapes

• Project Management: Strong knowledge of project management principles to manage tasks, timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively; self-motivated and maintain own work plan for deliverables that aligns with the overall project plan

• Advanced ability to communicate effectively written, verbally and with PPT presentations with local, global and cross-divisional & global virtual teams.

• Data Migration and Integration: Experience in data migration from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, as well as integrating SAP S/4HANA with other systems using tools like SAP API technology or SAP Cloud Platform Integration.

• Testing and Quality Assurance: Ability to develop test scripts, conduct system testing, and ensure the quality of the solution delivered to the client. Experience using Service Now is a plus

• Problem-solving Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions to resolve them.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail / detail oriented.

• Expert in Microsoft Office and general PC knowledge.

• Ability to travel to client site as requested. Most likely to the Clark, NJ or Berley Heights, NJ locations – weekly for 3 days.

• Fluent in English and local language ( Spoken + written )." French is very helpful

• Expert level MS Excel, ability to perform VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, produce executive summaries based on analysis of data to be able to tell the story in a concise manner of what the data is telling or the trends are showing
