This role involves both field and analytical work, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of artificial lift systems to optimize well performance.
  • Monitor the performance of artificial lift systems, including rod pumps, ESPs, gas lifts, and plungers.
  • Analyze production data to identify issues and opportunities for optimization.
  • Visit well sites to assess the condition and performance of artificial lift equipment.
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance activities to resolve issues.
  • Conduct field tests and measurements to support diagnostic and optimization efforts.
