Job Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, creating and reading blueprints, and ensuring the quality of our output. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you will be a critical player in ensuring our production line runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
2. Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
3. Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
4. Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
5. Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.
6. Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
7. Adhere to all safety protocol, including using protective and safety equipment, to ensure a safe workplace.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and equipment.
9. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as CNC operator with a minimum of 5 years in the manufacturing industry.
2. Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.
3. Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
4. Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM.
5. Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
6. A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach.
7. Good communication abilities.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
9. High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline is a plus.
10. Working knowledge of safety standards in the industry.
