Description
* This position is on-site at our location in Three Rivers, Michigan.
The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our organization's cloud infrastructure needs. This role requires a strong background in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Office 365, and CoPilot along with a comprehensive understanding of active directory, group policy, hybrid migration, and azure workloads for compute and storage needs. In addition to cloud infrastructure, this role will work closely with the systems infrastructure team to help support the on-premise infrastructure and network.

Key Responsibilities
•Work in tandem with the systems infrastructure team to lead cloud engineering initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and optimization.
•Design, implement, manage, and support Microsoft 365 solutions.
•Plan and execute active directory on-premise to cloud migration and ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption.
•Implement and maintain hybrid active directory hygiene and automation processes to ensure integrity and efficiency.
•Migrate group policy to intune and maintain configuration policies to enhance security and efficiency.
•Administer Office 365 applications and services and leverage CoPilot for efficient collaboration and productivity.
•Design, implement, and manage Autopilot builds for workstation deployments.
•Provide guidance and support to help desk technicians for delivering high-level service.
•Provide systems administration support for backups, infrastructure, networking, and firewalls.
•Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
•Collaborate with other IT team members as needed to address complex problems.
•Develop and maintain documentation, processes, and procedures in line with industry best practices.
•Other duties as assigned and not limited to just the above.

Key Requirements
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
•Excellent communication and leadership skills.
•Proficiency in Intune, Autopilot, and configuration policies for designing and optimizing workstation builds.
•Strong understanding of Office 365 and experience integrating CoPilot.
•Solid background in systems administration, backups, infrastructure, and networking.
•Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to achieve project goals.
•Efficient time management skills to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
•Commitment to continuous education to learn and stay up to date on industry trends.
•Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
•Demonstrated experience in systems infrastructure engineering with a focus on Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies.
•Relevant certifications such as Comptia Security+, Comptia Cloud+, CCNP, Microsoft Associate and Expert level certifications, or others are desired.
