Pay Range: [$40] - [$42]

Job Description:
Title: QA Analyst
Location: Wilmington, DE
Duration: 6 Months Contract (Hybrid)
Top must haves:
- Candidates should have actual experience with SQL, 3+ years and queries created by them and not by dev.
- min. 2 years testing experience
- only backend validation
Nice to have:
- Financial services background is a plus
* Participate in the development of processes and approaches according to Client standards
* Assist in designing and ensuring overall integrity of the testing / validation strategies and ensure that requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans.
* Work with the business to ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectations
* Providing testing support for large, complex, technology-dependent programs and projects that cut across business functional areas
* Managing defects to monitor and report on defect resolution
* Designing, developing, and assisting in creation of manual test scripts
